unbelievably bad, waiting two weeks for delivery, every time I call arrange next delivery date and still no parcel. even given alternative address, still no parcel. seriously s***.

terrible service paid charges Saturday said would be delivered next working day Wednesday still not arrived ,, oh sorry its sitting in the depot we will send tomorrow was there reply,no sorry or anything this is the second time they did this I paid extra for Saturday delivery and waited in all day nothing came and they refused to refund my money . awful service

Rating would be less than one if possible to do so! "Unable to locate premises".... funny that, Royal Mail, Hermes, TNT, Yodel and even friends who havent been here before manage to find us! No phone call, no text to attempt to find my address. Customer helpline worse than useless, was on hold for more than half hour, finally spoke to someone who took the tracking number who then put me on hold again. Listening to all their speil about their worldwide services delivering to 220 countries... they can't even manage to find an address in England! Online tracking service tells me they didn't deliver my parcel (yeah thanks I know this) and to ring customer helpline.... see above.... In future I will check with the company I am ordering from, if they use Parcelforce, I will buy elsewhere.

Like the others waited all day for delivery until 16:40 when " insufficient address" appeared on the tracking site. Phoned the Medway branch after listening to adverts for their services for 35 minutes I was connected to Gatwick who had nothing on their screen so they suggested I ring Medway, when I told the guy that that was the number I rang he told me he apologized for that and would connect m,e using their internal system. After a further 20minute wait I was finally connected to Gatwick again! This happened three times with an average wait of 24minutes per call. The reason.... Gatwick take the overload from Medway if they are busy! Despite Parcelforces system allocating the parcel a delivery route they claim that they were not given a delivery address when I asked how they knew to send the parcel from Southhampton to their Medway depot if they had no address detail and why the driver, even though he has our contact number,didnt think to ring the answer was I dont know. Apparently they have no internal means of contacting Medway they have to use the same phone system the punter does and wait for a pick up at Medway so presumably that connects them back to themselves at Gatwick. Nice to know I am not the only one going round in circles. Rubbish made worse by a rubbish B&Q customer service team. Moral; of the story dont use Parcelforce or B&Q.
